Open Auditions

Required: Practicing Catholic, intermediate to adept sight reading, 2+ years of choral experience

Preferred: 5+ years of choral experience, experience in reading chant notation and neumes, experience in singing Renaissance polyphony

Commitment: 2 hrs of rehearsal per week on a weekday evening at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta, GA. 2-5 performances per month in the Metro Atlanta area, with potential opportunities for special events such as weddings.

Compensation: Membership in Concordi Laetitia does not constitute regular payment. Payment is provided ad hoc on a performance-to-performance basis, with the typical rate per singer amounting to $50-$150.

Please email us at concordilaetitia@gmail.com to schedule an audition. Auditions will be 10-15 min in length and are comprised of short vocalization, tonal memory, and sight-reading. No prepared solo is necessary for an audition.
